Our Team

The Shaffer Team provides unique hands-on solutions to its clients within the GSP Platform.   George Smith Partners (GSP) is a boutique real estate capital advisory firm based in Los Angeles. In 2017, we closed over $2 Billion in structured financings including bridge debt, construction debt, permanent debt, and mezzanine debt as well as joint venture equity and preferred equity. With a focus on non-recourse executions, GSP has been active across all property types. Furthermore, in the last 24 months, we arranged over $750 Million in retail financings, including $200MM+ in JV equity closings. Our typical deals range from $5 Million to $150 Million.
